Title: swapped pedal box, now brake pedal too low!

Over the weekend I converted my mk2 driver to a manual, swapped the pedal box and now the brake pedal is about an inch lower than the clutch pedal and doesnt reach the brake light switch? Is there a reason for this or shall I just wind the clevis pin on the MC out to it?
