I know this is already posted but I have a lot if water going into my rear passenger footwell on drivers side
I get it out n by the next morning it's back ther
Iv changed the air pollen filter but it hasn't helped ,
It's a 5door with a sunroof
Is ther Anyfin behind the passenger rear door that might need resealing
I fitted a boost gauge but cud that cause such a leak ?
Please help !! Lol

Go into the boot and flip the n/s panel open, reach right through to the corner of your car, as far as you can reach, can you feel a puddle? There's a grommet there you can remove so it doesn't get as bad but you will need to reseal the breather vent that's beneath bumper
-
Isn't that o/s? Along with the vent?
Could be a number of things.
Pollen filter cover
Door seals
Window regulator panel seals
Hole in floor
Rubber grommet through firewall (behind glovebox) commonly used for amps and not sealed (though if there's a lot of water it so proberbly not this)
Sun roof seals
Door drains
Boot vent

Okay I will have a good check today
Thanks

Just had this myself, turned out to be the regulator panel not sealing properly. All sealed up now and been running a heater and de-humidifier in the car the last few evenings at work; taken about a litre of water out so far!
-
What's the regulator panel lol
-
I put a gauge in and cowboyed the boost tube
Does any reckon this could cause the leak in the rear footwell
Cuz I hoovered it up and an hour later the water was bk in the footwell but it hasn't rained today
Do you think this cud b excess water what left in the car ?

Im sure thats the sunroof drain that you have blocked up

No, n/s. There's a channel that directs the water to the back seats.
Could be the rear screen wash pipe is leaking if it hasn't been raining?
-
Rear screen wash wiper is fine
I'm hoping it's this nipple I posted earlia
-
The drain tube nipple should be the opposite way round, the correct way is face down so any water/dirt build up can be expelled  that way round and it will hold any surplus water
-
So do u reckon if I kept the tube in but turned the nipple the right way round
Would I still get a leak ?
