Do a Compression check at the same time condition of your plugs and leads.
Can you tell if it is back fireing in to the exhaust (over fueling) or inlet manifold (lean), connect to the ecu to check for error codes.
May be worth while going in to the FAQ section of this forum.

When does it back fire? Idle or when under load? Also check if spark plugs are gapped properly?

why did you get all those parts replaced? for the backfiring issue? or did backfiring start after getting ignition adjusted?

also good to know when it backfires....

2E run well when they run well, but if they act up god are they b!tches....

Backfiring from the inlet may be attributed to a wrong firing order.
Did it only start back firing after you changed the leads then?

+1 for firing order
or:
ignition timing massively out (was hall sender replaced recently?)
or:
cambelt slipped
