Title: My full S/S Magnex is on its way wahoo!!

Have taken the step of ordering a stainless Magnex  incl manifold   :laugh:  I cant wait!!!!

Should be here tuesday so will let you know of progress of fitting ease and quality etc .. once my car has emerged from the garage as the fuel pump that was making a niose has been changed and its still making a bloody noise so looks like its the ... who knows?

Make sure you get some good hangers mine was a bastard to fit correct, Couldn't get it not to stop knocking. Replaced it with supersprint uses o/e fitment backets. Poss cos mine was dropped 60mm and 2.5" bore, would entertain another one.

I had my mk2 for 4 years and the fuel pump made a humming noise for the whole time I had the car, think its pretty common, wouldnt worry too much about it!

Err the fuel pumps making a horrible noise when driving and the cars cutting out after about 30 minutes so have had to have the fuel pump changed err twice (as thought new Bosch one might be faulty) oh and the filter and line, so now its a process of buying new stuff untill its ok as its driving me NutS!!!! Been told it may be the fuel lift pump in the tank so looks like i'll get one of those next ... as its acting like air in the line?? Who knows?
