I think from memory they are 5x130 (Porsche based)

A Touran is a Caddy is a Golf.
5x112. offsets 50ish down to 30ish dependent on width, lows, and look you are after.
18 or 19 is going to look a bit poor without some lows however, imho.

I would not bother, loads more choices in 5x112.
