Title: Reasonably priced double din, best for ipod?
Post by: Carl! on 07 January 2014, 20:12
I want a double din cd player that is good to navigate through my ipod on. I'd like to keep the setup I have with the ipod in the glovebox as well. Anyone got any recommendations? was thinking around the £100 mark second hand. It doesn't have to do anything else really as long as it does that good i'd be happy.

Can't remember the specific model mine is. But mine cost me £150 brand new mate.

It's a lovely piece of kit, it has multi change colours, can play MP3 CD's. Plug ya Ipod straight in, has an aux input also. You can even buy the bluetooth model if you prefer.

Nice motor mate! I have a 130 TDI. I have not managed too put the pedals on yet, they are such a tight fit lol!! How did you put yours on lol?

Asked people what they done for little mods, as I'm strapped for cash but no one really responds in the Mk4 TDI forum. Or the Audio bit where I asked about a Sub lol

cheers. I put pedals in a mug of boiling water first,  proper softens them up.

post in mk4 section, seems to be a bit busier. also there is a thread for mods under a 100 quid somewhere, have a look at that. I tend to look at other people's project threads and get ideas from that, ask folk on their threads and they generally answer.
