Hi chaps, nearly clocked up 700miles in my rebuilt abf engine so going to give it oil and filter change but what grade oil should I use?

Any decent 10w40 semi synthetic. They aint too fussy on oil just service regulary :)

Just a decent brand, mobil, fuchs etc whatever is on offer
