Title: Anti roll bar mount threaded.

Hi guys
Just bought a mk2 golf gti  which had a knocking coming from the front whilst accelerating in first and second, anyways got under it tonight and the 13mm anti roll bar mount is threaded,  wont undo or do up.
Has anyone else had this, I assume the weld in bung has broke loose.
Any ideas guy's?

Maybe try running the correct size tap through it?
