Title: Heat shield to top of engine bay
Post by: dadrathers on 30 December 2013, 21:01
The 16v and diesel versions had a heat shield at the top of the engine bay just behind the inlet manifold like the one in this link.

Has anybody tried to fit this to an 8v PB cos' I can get it behind the engine but it interferes with the inlet manifold on this version. Do I need to reverse it or is it just not possible?

Cheers.

Don't bother with it. Flog it to someone who needs it. The valver guys go crazy over those but really not with fitting.

8v one has the shield anyway but just not to the top.
