does anyone know if anyone has any Arch kits for a MK1 3dr?

You should be able to source some from people like Eurocarparts and the like. Not sure if original VW ones are still availble though.

VW I'm told still do em but stupid money - most other places seem to be out of stock at present but try GPC in Luton.
