Gti got 4.5 stars,  TRD Gt got 4. Gti a nicer place to be,  but not as enjoyable.  Lsd could be more aggressive,  engine a bit flat at the top but on the plus they said all the usual gti qualities but with added bite and precision.

Aside from price, they're pretty much two completely different cars surely?

Looks like they're trying to build a Nissan 370z copy to me....

The 370 had a proper engine, not a weedy 2.0 NA!

I think a comparison with a Megane coupe thingy would have been more apt. Or an MX5…  :whistle:

Or RX8, rubbish mpg no doubt drinks oil and has feck all torque :smiley: but looks nice

Just had my CSMA Club magazine delivered this morning and they repeat the same test but using the Subaru version of the GT86.
Much the same result, the BRZ rorty and fun and the GTI the polished all rounder.
I know which of the two I'd rather have…  :laugh:
