Title: Oil pickup pipe
Post by: JWatson1.8t on 28 December 2013, 10:26
Been reading into why my oil pressure light keeps coming on and it seems to be the pickup pipe is knackered. So I was wondering is there anywhere that will have one in stock for me to pick up today? Any help appreciated

just clean the original one out along with the sump. soak the pipe in gunk then( if you have access to a pressure washer) back flush it.

You'd be much better replacing it, however if you can't get hold of one then cleaning your existing one will work temporarily.
