Was off doing the shopping before and has some swirling white smoke which looked out of the ordinary. I put it down to cold weather and didnt think much of it when it stopped.
As i got onto the bypass and give it a bit i noticed it was now doing less than 10psi in every gear to the usual 18-19psi.
Any thoughts? Only thing I have changed today is take a pipe off between the maf and air filter that the previous owner had put on and finally got round to taking off.
Any suggestions?
(Including those that include bigger, better turbos ;) )

I'm thinking head gasket?
-
I hope not haha. Ill check oil and water now.
-
Oil, water and dipstick all fine from the looks of things..
-
Can you get it scanned? and what was the pipe you removed exactly?
-
I may be able to yeah.

It was just a piece with a T off that was bunged up. Think he used it to extend it as it was bracketed on a bit further up.
I was aware it had no use and still certain it doesnt. You can see it in the picture and now its like this:

It's ur flux capacitor soon as you hit 88 all hell breaks lose

im guessing the seals in the turbo are away. are you getting any strange noises from back there?
-
Great Scott!
No noises from the turbo, I stuck my head under the bonnet earlier and as I give it a bit of revs it just sounded like a gush of air from the air filter.
-
Try taking the air intake pipe Off the turbo fairly easy to check get your fingers in and check the shaft you can allow for some very minimal up and down play this is normal asking as minimal there should be zero in and out play if you have any it's on the way also try undoing the pipe On left side of inlet where it attaches to throttle body and check for an excessive amount of oil
