Title: Christmas presents for our cars
Post by: rockmonkey69 on 26 December 2013, 14:11
So I decided against selling the parts below and decided to offer it as a Christmas present to my golf

3" maf sensor, custom 3" intake, beachbuggy turbo k300 hybrid, 1 bar actuator, badger5 ported manifold and new bolts, nuts, washers and gaskets. Fuel injectors haven't arrived yet because of Christmas but she's still happy. So what has everybody bought for their car this Christmas?

Mine had a running out of fuel on the M2 session as all the local petrol stations were shut Christmas day.

Felt it judder judder judder then switched off and coasted down hill, bumped it so I could get up the next small hill and it just cut out completely as I was approaching the top, coasted all the way to the Esso which thankfully was open.

Never EVER been a car so heavy even at 50MPH with no PAS.

I forgot cars needed fuel with the MPG I'm getting. :smug:

Didn't get burnt out. That's the only Christmas present my car got. Really starting to fall out of love with the old girl...think 2015's plan of a 911 of some sort could come sooner than planned...
