Found in glove box of new mark 7 gti
Has a small screw and has gti logo on small silver part

It's a personal branding item.

Take your cock ring out and put the screw through to secure the GTI logo to your bell end.

There should be two of them, they are part of the key that should be attached by the dealer during PDI.

instructions are in the manual and the dealer should have done this for you as part of the pdi.
