the overall cost is still cheap for a 30k motor, moreso one thats just been released.

£8880 paid out over 2 years (inc deposit and VAT on everything) isn't bad to be driving around in an R, considering the 3 year GFV is 51% of RRP (£15259), it will probably actually be worth £16500 as realistic part ex.

Get it for 10% discount and it will have lost around £10500 in 3 years + around £3200 in interest) so £13700 cost to run for 3 years. If you change every 2 or 3 years then the lease is the better deal compared to buying on VW finance.

Lease = £4440 per year for 2 years
Buy outright = £3500 per year for 3 years
Buy via VW finance = £4567 per year for 3 years.

Kepping more than 3 years or not needing to pay interest and buying makes more sense.

That's cheaper than my GTI, what's the annual mileage restrictions?

10k miles per year, no excess mileage charge stipulated, but I'd guess about 7p per mile. It does state that it's a business lease so not sure how much more they'd charge a personal customer.

Ah right I'm on 14,000 which explains the difference.  Think I would cry at the MPG with that thing though
