If is worth and possible to fit a 6 speed box?
I do 25k miles a year London to Liverpool
And AmD will be doing a custom map next year 140ish bhp

possible- yep.
youll have to swap your existing box, driveshafts, flywheel, clutch and i think slave cylinder. i know the 6speed clutch kits are pricey
wirth it? (in my own opinion) not really but only as the clutch kits are flippin pricey! hopethat helps

Just to carry on from what Dan said yes you do have to change slave cylinder too, I have a 6speed flywheel if you need one , in east london

What revs are you doing when at 70mph?

My 130 sat at 2000rpm so if your 5 speed sits at the same rpm it wont be worth doing

2300-2400 and that's at 70mph
