Title: Calling all wheel size experts!!
Post by: LukeRhino on 19 December 2013, 13:41
Hi Guys,

Looking at buying some wheels and tyres for track days etc, costing a fortune ruining a front set each time!

Can someone tell me if these will fit my mk6 gti, not sure on the offset.

Thanks in advance

It says that they are ET 25-30.

Lets assume that they are the better of the two and are ET30, the outer face of the rim will 'poke' 27.35mm further out than your original wheels.

Original wheels are 7.5" and have an offset of 50/51, you could get away with 45 and 8" wheels, these would just stick out too far of the front wheel arches.
