Does anyone know how much it would cost to see the standard output see just over 200bhp? I tried to remap my car last year but they couldn't do it as it had already been done and they couldn't correct data, so a new ecu may be needed too.... Is there anything else I need to consider? The car is well maintained, good turbo and recent cam belt and water pump and recent cam chain and tensioner

Is that the 180bhp standard? If so speak with r-tech. He should be able to map it! His well know in this business. Most vag turners go to him as he knows what he is doing.
Google r-tech they in lecister

Yeah it's the 150 and it's been mapped to 180 I imagine, but I want to clear 200, I looked on their site but can't get a price guide

K03s with supporting mods such as better exhaust better filter and fmic or wellycooler if you want to go another step further a wmi kit. Will that work fine with his rods peeps? Also as barry has said, call them

Your best bet is to contact R-tech directly to get a price, if the ECU has been locked out by a previous tuner then they will be able to get around it but may charge more for the time it takes.
A healthy AUM should see 200bhp with a good remap, decent panel filter and a Forge d/v - nothing else required.
Mine made 205bhp and 245lb/ft with just the above:

Thanks for all your help guys, I will prob give them a call in the week, I like dons idea, I think 205/210 is good mark with standard car as in won't go through clutches, gearboxes, mounts etc, just want it safe but with a bit more woooosh

Your clutch will go a lot quicker after map mate...then its a good excuse to get a g60 flywheel and vr6 clutch kit
My standard clutch lasted about year and a half after a map on my AGU.

It really depends how you drive it, if you start doing full throttle launches everywhere then it'll wear faster but driven normally it should last just as long.
-
Doubt it will last just as long as without a map.. as you have more strain on it regardless. Course constant launches is just asking for it  does get hard to resist launching it tho after a map
But you can make it last.. got mine to last a year and half which i thought was good.. and then the flywheel gave in.

Mine was about a month lol
-
Dont panic about your clutch, had mine done 2 and half years ago and still on original clutch and fly wheel.
Dont get me wrong though...had some real fun in it but its still the family/work car.
