Title: BMC Air filter

Anyone replaced there element air filter? Any better than BMC filter out there?

I have a pipercross one, it probably does absolutely nothing. But I bought it whilst bored waiting for my car to arrive

Bought k n filter and I think it runs better. I have tuning box on gti and it runs better when I hammer it.

Oh yeah it's on, has been from the second day of ownership so as a result I don't know it its changing the noise and I'm hardly gunning it at this stage either. It will be slightly better than the oem but without a map it will be unneeded. Off to Shark tomorrow to see when I can change that problem too
