Title: 2 cut wires not been used any ideas what there for

got a couple of cut wires but not sure what there for everything works fine no warning lights so puzzled to what they are and what they do any help would be great

Being brown I'm guessing they're grounds for something. Where do the wires go too? If you could trace them to a connector I'd be able to tell you more.

do they look to be part of the original loom or something added in after manufacture? could it be 1 wire that has been cut and not 2 separate 1s?

May be the previous owner had lower bumper fogs and wired it up.  :wink:

Implying this person wired them up with correctly orientated wires. I see it a lot at work where people just use any old colour and solder it to any old place.

Just follow the wires as far as you can and try to see where they are attached I guess. but if everything works....
