It's clutch time! Any benefits fitting vr6 one into my 16v?

higher clamping force, more durable, holds slightly more power. worth it when you do the swap along with a lightened and balance flywheel, makers a world of difference

16v clutch will be fine. Vr6 one only worth fitting if you running power like 1.8t etc. For a  16v you do not need a vr6 clutch. Not much in it either.

Just get a Sachs 16v clutch. Thats what I did along with fitting lightened and balanced flywheel.  No need for VR6 anything.

Just buy a decent quality 16v clutch kit, Sachs or Luk

Are the Luk kits any good? They're a lot cheaper than Sachs!

Nowt wrong with LUK, made in Britain and owned by Schaeffler who own INA bearings and few other high quality manufacturers.

From me a new sachs 3000.332.001 kit for 95+ 228mm 16v is £96 + post (£8 or collection possible)

the early listed one's are more expensive!! (and quite a bit more! but I will check the differences for you)

also luk are same price at £96 + post (as I get good deals with sachs)

so LUK owned by Schaeffler are the same as Sachs owned by ZF?

I wish they was as I have an account with ZF/Sachs but I also want an INA account!)
