Done about half of this with Commsupport, the same guys, a couple years ago, although it was twice/thrice a week, but ran for more weeks in total, I couldn't carry on with them because the times were clashing with other things going on at the time. Joe is an awesome guy and I enjoyed his sessions.
I'd say its a good brush up/get your toes wet course rather than do this and go write the exams.
