Hi peeps,
its time to get some new tyres, ive been shopping round and been offered these:
Avon - £210
Bridgestones Potenza - £220
Pirelli P zero rosso - £230
Dunlop sports max £230
I dont actully do that many miles a year, maybe 5000 but need the the tyres for grip more than anything and obviously want them to last a while!
Can anyone help?

what size are the tyres an have you tried camskill

there all a good tyre mate, avon is personally one of my favs when it comes to grip n look of the tyre, used to always run my 20v turbo on Pirellis tho almost as soft n grippy but hard wear last ALOT longer.... I drive hard and do lots of miles a year, bridgestone and Dunlop are a hard tyre will last a long time but a lot harder compound need to be a lot warmer to grip nicely

whilst on the subject of tyres, I got some Porsche wheels yesterday 993 twists, backs are a 265, 10J, whats the best to stretch on don't wanna go mad but don't wanna ruin my arches either lol

i dont really do a lot of miles but want the tyre to grip and last a while, my car is a 20v turbo too but its running at about 210bhp, so dont really want to be disapointed in the tyre i choose. My mate has a bmw 120d m sport and the pirelli tyres on the rear havnt even lasted 12,000 miles, he wouldnt go back to them. What are the avon tyres like?

The size of the tyres are 225/40/18.
