I have just takn my car for a wheel alignment and apparently one wheel on the front is more forward then the other does this mean its been crashed or is there another reason this could be.
-
Geometry setting out. Get caster/camber sorted. And 4 wheel alignment.
-
Bent wishbone maybe?
-
Replacing them with some new 2nd hand ones with power flex bushes hope that sorts it.
Need my other wheels for a wheel alignment banded steels are a no no lol.
-
Or the over side is bent back from hitting a curb?
-
How much we talking? my mate had a corsa b that had a 2 inch difference in wheelbase and yeah that had been pranged,he wondered why it pulled a bit
-
Mine pulls a little its only a cm or two but come up on machine so they showed me :).
-
'only a cm or two'???????
A couple of millimetres is fine but a couple of cms suggests chassis/suspension damage - your car shouldn't pull to one side
-
I need to get it on a ramp but im going away soon so cant stay as is for now.
