Hi all
My mk2 has light surface rust on the rear valance just below the rear bumper (have small bumpers) I've been meaning to sort it out but I'm just unsure about something. The rear and front valance are the same as they both have the bumpy surface sort of thing? So they aren't the same as the rest of the bodywork as many will agree. So if I sort out the rust, I will have one smooth shiny bit of paintwork then the rest will be the original bumpy feel/look? What's the best thing to do? The rust on the front valance is quite bad so I'm just going to replace the front valance, do you just bolt the front valance in place or weld it?
Sorry if I seem stupid haha
Thanks
