Title: Phone dropouts

I keep getting issues with the phone connection whereby the first call after connecting the phone seems to fail to connect, with no ring tone or audio. Also, if on an existing call and the screen shows another incoming call, accepting the second call cuts everyone off! Anyone else finding the new head units aren't as reliable as the old ones? Whilst old technology, the rsap on the RCD510 was pretty reliable.

I'm afraid RSAP is far more advanced than HFP which is why the premium kit still uses RSAP, its just VW UK in their wisdom have decided not to offer it here. RSAP allows the car's systems to act as the phone and to use the car's external area hence a far better signal.
The only problem is Apple refused to put RSAP on the iphone so we all have to suffer.
