not when the clip breaks for boot handle. Common fault. And they break in winter often
-
Boot handles are notoriously sh!t.

Is my car easy to break in then as my drivers door lock paddle thing has snapped and the barrel can easily pull out this is why I was thinking of delocking

Well, get a rear door handle or a new paddle, not that hard to change. With the barrel removed, the door can be opened with a screw driver, an icecream stick or anything else

I delocked the drivers door on mine but left the lock on the pass. side just in case.

New cars usually have a 'hidden lock'.usually the lock is there, just covered by a blanking plate type thing.
