Iv had my coilovers for a few years now. I never greased them as my unc said dont  yes i know
Well now i need to set them up as the pas side is higher then drivers but when i set them i set them all same. Anyway i need to free up the adjuster. Whats the best lube like wd40 to use to loosen them up?
-
When i did mine i had to use oxy acetylene to loosen mine as they had been stiff for a while once loos those very easy to adjust mine were bad though wd40 done nothing to helping before heat was applied.
Just make sure you clean them before trying to loosen them lots of dirt in thread wont help of and i used a hammer and blunt screwdriver for the 1st few turns not recommended really but worse case.

Soak them overnight in Plusgas.

Cheerio me ol chaps

Soak them overnight in Plusgas.
Plusgas should do it, wire brush on the threads before trying to move them. Be careful when hammering the adjusters as they'll damage easily.
-
If you do free them off all ok, be sure to coat the threads in copper slip will stop them seizing again.

get some penetrating fluid or similar. then wire brush them as said then once there free copper slip them.

Hacksaw nearly all the way though so you don't damage the thread then hammer a screwdriver down the slot to split the adjuster. Then buy new adjusters.
I personally would clean up with a weak hydrochloric acid solution then grease them right up after. But that's me.
