Title: GTD Photoshoot - Down on the Farm!
Post by: sam67GTD on 24 November 2013, 13:35: Met up with fellow GTD'er MkVIIGTD yesterday for a bit of craic and to take a few photos of the cars. Thought it might be a bit of fun taking some photos of the GTD on the farm, since we knew the GTI boys would be teasing us GTD guys about, well the usual tractor jokes etc :grin: :whistle:

I can say it was a profitable day with the GTD having as much pulling power as a Massey Ferguson :grin:

It's ok, I'm getting Pure White too :) I do a lot of motorway miles and standard white paint is tuff.
My Polo has covered (candy white) 52k miles, hardly any stone chips :)

I've only been pulled once in almost 30 years of driving, that was about 25 years ago :grin: I think the police over here are a bit more understanding than on the mainland. Hopefully that's not about to change :whistle:

We both knew our mainland friends would comment on the plates Sam :laugh: we must have far better police over here, even thou sometimes we think otherwise lol actually both sets of plates are just within the legal limits size wise :smiley:

Thanks for great comments guys... 3 door GTD/GTI's Defo aren't as popular... But personally I think they look the sporter car :cool: :cool:
