The valves will get bent as they are a lot weaker than the pistons

Hi
My crank bolt came lose and stripped the locating key on the gear which caused the timing to go out. I replaced the belt, adjuster, crank gear with new bolt timed it up did a compression check and run the engine with no unusual noises.
All I can suggest move the crank so pistons are away from tdc take the rocker cover off and rotate the camshaft and hydraulic followers if all looks good and valves appear to be closing ok re time the engine with new parts do a compression check then start the engine with fingers crossed it may be ok.
