Hey guys, My 1.8t agu has developed a bit of a judder on acceleration and over run, usually happens around the 3500rpm mark, the car isnt throwing any fault codes up, I've also checked for boost leaks. I also never seem to be able to catch it while logging with vcds. No misfire counters either. Seems to happen more often when the engine is cold. When its warmed up it only happens occasionally when accelerating hard. Any ideas guys?

Does it feel like it's down on power?
-
Nah its running fine, just wish it would throw up a fault to point me in the right direction, theres so many things it could be.
-
Does it judder slightly at idle when you just sitting there parked up?
-
It only does it under load, idle isn't exactly perfect, but i wouldn't sat it idles lumpy.
-
Was thinking it could be the n75 valve possibly. But I dont know how to check it without fault finding by substitution.
-
you got anyone to try an ignition amp off them? Might be breaking down under load. Also I don't think the misfire counter works on the AGU...
-
I'll test the ignition amp tonight then.
