I have (had) the same key ring and I found it a bit bulky! Then it cracked where it hooks onto the ring and fell off. I glued it but I eventually got sick of the bulk of it so it's siting in the cup holder now...

I had the above rubber one for nearly 3 years on my mk6 key but i tried it on my 7 key and it does feel a little bulky, although i think it may be because it's always in my pocket now having keyless? Still a great keyring though and probably my favorite. 8)
