Title: Abs r32 front bumper??
Post by: johnomk4 on 05 November 2013, 12:10
I have been looking on eBay for a r32 front bumper in abs plastic, but am a bit stuck as there are so many.
But I need one with the washer jet holes. Has anyone found one like this or can point me in the right direction. Many thanks.

Ok thanks lads, I have got a bumper now, has anyone fitted there's them self? If so what are they like to fit, just so I have an idea because I would like to save the body shop costs if I can, as I have someone to spray it.
Many thanks

I can change my front bumper in about 5minutes as I've done it loads of times. But even taking your time I can't see it taking more than 20mins. 4 screws in each arch liner and then 7 up front.

Do I need to change the arch liners?

Some say yes, some say no; I think it depends on whether it is genuine or not. They are only extensions to your current liners anyway so you could even make some yourself

A rep bumper will take more then 20min to fit the first time you fit it has you have to make sure it all fits properly and also drill the holes for the arch lines and probably elongate the holes the grill slots into but depend amd they are all different!
