Anyone had problems with them?
-
you need spacers on the back to clear the centre cap vs bearing dome cap otherwise direct fit
-
What Boney said or mod the centre caps with a hammer if possible + Mk4 tyre profile looks gash on a Mk3 and may rub if your low also will put your speedo out. Need to compensate for 16" rim with your tyre choice
-
You will need to switch the tyres to 205/45/16's but they do llok good on a mk3.

195/45/16 or 205/45/16 are good choices also 215/40/16 which was standard size on the Anni's

What size spacers do I need? Cheers

I believe about 6mm (3mm a side) although you can go up to 12mm (6mm a side for better looks)

Unless you know somebody that has fitted this wheel/tyre combination you need to do a bit of measuring. Offer the wheel up and see where it catches/rubs then make some temporary spacers (washers etc from a DIY store) and find out how far you have to go before everything rotates smoothly.
It's best doing stuff like this with new pads in the front as the caliper may move outwards when you fit new ones.

I ran 18mm each side on mine when I was running Solitudes which brought them flush with the arches, I'm pretty sure that they're the same width and offset as Monty 2's despite being different sizes.
