Title: First two weeks update

Had the car for two weeks now really pleased  with it fantastic piece of kit worth the long wait best car I ever had. Spec is oryx white five door performance pack winter pack adaptive chassis pano roof sat nav dsg box park assist reversing camera

How are you finding the mpg?  :cool:

Doing about 38 mpg so better than my mk6  gti which was averaging 33 mpg

Sounds good for a new GTi, will improve over time.
Mine is hopefully due Dec... can't wait...  :laugh:

Bit difficult 40 mph speed limit here in jersey but no need to worry going to take it for a blast down to the south of france soon

I agree, best car I've ever had too. I love it! Haven't had much chance to drive it properly yet as I live close to work, but even the short drive to work makes me happy  :smiley:

I will also be getting the GTI with DSG (Monday - weather permitting!) - so reports of 38mpg at this early stage are encouraging.

Around town? The consumption you get is great! Take it for a proper drive and see the average consumption afterwards. It'll be above 35mpg for sure.
