Title: mk4 stereo

Before I start a job and potentially leave a mess of hanging wires or electrocute myself, can anyone tell me if a stereo from a mk4 Golf will fit into my b6 Audi A4? I've been offered one to replace the horrendous dvd unit I have at the moment but I'm not sure if it would be compatible. Any advice would be appreciated.

I'm sure the headunit in a mk4 is DIN shaped so you will probably need a new facia for the Audi and the code.
