when checking my wheel bearing last night my complete wheel hub moved up and down not due to spring compression is this ok and if so how much movement should there be a colleague of mine had a very poor example of a mk3 golf and hes done this so now im slightly worried :embarrassed:
-
sounds like your top mounts are shot, can get replacement ones with bearings from gsf for 10-15 notes a side. if your after oem ones that are better quality, the the mk2 g60 ones. or the next step is poly bush ones, little bit more expensive but 10x better than oem ones, just whatever you do, get bearings aswell
-
where would i find the uprated ones i like to do a job once and do it right
-
febi are a good shout and very popular.
