Need some help!!! Removed intake manifold on 16v as had some shot wiring made a new wiring harness last week that goes to throttle bodie. Installed intake manifold today went to connect the two seperate plugs to the throttle bodie and have a plug spare. So that leaves me with two connected and on not and I might be stupid but I can't seem to see where it goes... Help me please befor I set it on fire

I imagine the three plugs you have are.

-3 pin plug- this goes to the throttle body potentiometre.
-2 pin plug- this goes to the idle switch on the throttle body.
-2 pin plug- this goes to the crankcase breather heater - if you look carefully at the plug on the breather pipe, the connector doesn't even have pins. It's for colder climate models only.

where is the crank case breather heater located?

if i am correct it the small breather that runs inline with induction pipe and goes to front of engine located between induction pip and engine. there is a rectangular connection just and empty space that connection plugs into.

they look like the plugs you need the 1 you cant find a place for is  defiantly that breather pipe  :smug:

Still on this topic got car back together last nite but it won't idle cold and it won't start with out giving it gas hot or cold.... More help needed getting to the end of my tether :angry:

is the isv working? turn ignition on and touch it, should hum / buzz a little. clean inlet, check vaccum lines to ecu map sensor, brake servo, carbon canister, check blue ecu temp sensor is working,

had the same issue with mine, turned out to be an wiring fault and kept blowing fuse 15, check that, that controls the isv, blew fuses when wires were shorting, just another option to try
