On my rs6's I'm usingn225/40/18 out of curiosity would 245/45/18 fit or is on only 225/40/18

gone the wrong way iirc youd proberbly be looking at 35% profile height.

It depends on the width of the rim itself. I'm guessing they're 18x8J? If they are you're better off sticking with the 225/40s. 245/45s will look huge!

They'll be way too big, 225/40/18 is about the biggest you can use.

Plus anything bigger will throw gearing and speedo out.
