Title: Where do I find the abs ecu on a mk3 vr6

As the subject says... Where will I find it? Someone said under the rear seats and someone else said in the engin bay... Help

ok under the bonnet (passenger side where the abs pump is for later 96my on) and earlier is under the rear seat.

I am sure the vr6 used both types of systems like the gti? (earlier models also have a load valve next to the rear axle)

If in the engine bay you need a E5 external torx socket.
