Title: Ecu bracket help !

Hi guys took this off a while ago , I know the area it came from but struggling to find the exact spot

I'm thinking I need this as it maybe earth the bracket or tci, this is the last piece if the puzzle

Goes in the scuttle drivers side (as you look in the bay) holds the TCi/ ECU  :smiley:

I remember taking it out as I snapped the nut holding it
Just can't figure out which way it fits back in

Thats the ecu bracket from the abf donor car. Wont need it on your mk2.

My apologies, that is spot on. I used it to mount the mk3 ecu in mine. Hence confusion :whistle:

How did you mount mk3 one in? My ecu is just laid there at an angle with no bracket
because none of it fit in

 I attached TCi unit to the ECU and iirc I used speed fixing dipped in sealant and the mk3 ecu mounted in the normal way.

But the abf ecu much bigger than standard pb one. I threw away the bracket because there was no way it going to fit. Mine just there at at angle but not secured.

Ive ended up getting the cutting disc out and cut most of the left hand side off the cage , its not perfect but it will do for now
