Title: Mk2 upgraded speakers

Has anyone bought or experienced the upgraded MAC speakers which replace the original ones that can be bought through eBay?
They sell the dash, door pocket and rear shelf ones at a responsible price but are they tat?

I just ordered a full set of jbl's of eBay for just under £120 dint think that was to bad.

I run MAC audio in my Golf and there are fine (doors and rear shelf) with am aftermarket headunit.  I had period MAC pods in my last Golf (including tweeters).  I have found them better than most for rear speakers as others seem to have poor RMS wattage.
