As per the question really.
Might look to lower it a little after a while (just springs, not coilovers) and wondered if this was possible with ACC and if it was, is there any limit because of the ACC?
Ta.

Yes you can.....Ive had Eibach springs fitted on my ACC Scirocco for 4 years.....40mm is I believe the max recommended.

The Scirocco needed lowering a lot more than the GTI/GTD needs it (ridiculously high on the Sciocco rears).
-
Eibech 30mm are the ones to get for mk
-
Ta all,
On the flipside, can you lower it more without ACC?
-
Got a quote from VW/Audi tuning company in Croydon who can fit either H&R or VWR.
H&R Springs will lower the car at approx 35mm and will cost £476.80 fitted.
The ride of these kits is very good and is up to the usual standards I
expect from such a large company.
The VWR springs are also available, these have had many months of R&D and
are model specific. These ride really well too - and of course, match the
damping characteristics very well indeed.
The cost of these - fitted is £415.00
VWR Springs are more readily available too, making these more favourable.
Hope that helps & please let me know when you would like the work done!
Given that the H&R springs are nearly £200 on their own do you think that's reasonable?
I'd go VWR anyway, they're cheaper and less likely to cause me warranty issues.

Does that come with the alignment doing after?

Lower than prolines but higher than sportlines, perfect drop if you normally carry people in the back, which I don't so I'll be getting sportlines soon

Could you send me the name of this place please? I'm looking for someone reliable in south London area.
