Cheers mate, it let me send a message to him and said message sent, but my sent messages folder is empty which I thought strange?

Unless you specifically chose to save the outgoing message it won't save it.  :wink:

I tried a few things, the question was misleading as it actually said a variant of mk2 golf. A jetta is its own thing, I tried estate, countryman, synchro, rallye. I tried every variation that wiki gave me.
