I'm looking at switching our road freight hauliers to DHL as their rates have come back very favourably. Have any of you had experience of them for palletised deliveries?
Cheers

If you live in north Staffordshire I imagine that you will struggle to find better pricing as there depo is only at Donnington. I know that DHL are now offering recycling collection to clients so they must have confidence in their infrastructure i.e. they have mastered reverse logistics. I know in Oz (granted it is on the other side of the world) they are doing this with fantastic feedback from across the country on the whole. They have pulled their finger out at some point over the past few years as all I ever used to hear was bad things.

Thanks for that. This is the feedback I had too and I trust my veedub brothers and sisters to give me an un-biased opinion.

Avoid DHL like the plague they didn't get the name Drop it Hide it Lose it for no reason
We have an account with them but haven't used it in a long time, mind you most next day couriers have bad reps. I'm not sure what they are like for pallets fairly expensive in comparison to what we pay via palletline but we are high volume.
