Title: Speed Warning Setup
Post by: mk7gti on 12 September 2013, 22:27
Guys is the Speed Warning missing on the MK7 Golf? I had it on my Scirocco and always though it was useful. I cant seem to find it within the MMI.

Its been on a few MK7 hire cars I've had (no colour MFD though) - set up using steering wheel buttons if I remember right and not the stereo

Thanks Peter I can see a system called 'Speed Limiter' which I believe caps the max speed of the car. All I want is a ding when I pass 80...

On my mk6 that "ding" is when you set the winter tyre max speed, no idea if it's the same on the 7?

You can switch between acc and limiter on left steering control
