Title: Turbo broke?

Hi people think I have just blown up my turbo but not to sure, driving down the road and poof a big blue cloud of smoke? Is this turbo or valve seals ? Help would be good

Does it smoke just under boost? Or?

Does it smoke whilst idling?

Does it smoke not when idling but when you rev the car/ set off moving after idling for a while?

I'm gutted mate Wots the best option now then rebuild or new one?  It smokes on tick over, and loads on boost its like a old showing of stars in your eyes :(
