Three has become the first UK mobile network operator to abolish international roaming charges in the countries where it operates.
Three has launched a new offer called 'Feel at Home', which allows Three customers travelling to:
Republic of Ireland,
Australia,
Italy,
Austria,
Hong Kong,
Sweden
Denmark
USA (Dec 2013) addendum.
Addendum ( 5th June 2014)
New countries added from 1st July.
France
Switzerland
Israel
Finland
Norway
to use their UK price plan to text, call and use data without incurring international roaming charges.

About bloody time it cost me £50 for a month on a sim PAYG over in Hong Kong was not happy, cheaper than what VodaPone was going to charge!

I don't think three work I'm Australia lol or I can't get a three si card whilst out here! Appears they have tamed up with vodaphone!

errr three just use one of the providers over in AUS charge you back home hence Roaming free?

Yes*
* if you've got minutes and data as part of your bundle and you're on Three.
What it means is that any calls, text, data will come out of your allowance as they would in the UK so if you have 200 mins then you can make 200 mins of calls as you would in the UK but go over that and you get charged (probably at a different rate to the UK).
If you're not sure phone three as they can tell you for sure.
