Title: Driveshaft popped out of gearbox

Hi, I hope someone can help give me some guidance on this problem.
My driveshaft has popped out.

Has the driveshaft come out of the CV (unlikely) or the CV-Gearbox coupling come off (more likely)?

most likely someone used the old bolts when removing/changing before..
I got mine from vw for about £6 the set and they come threadlocked

It has popped out at the gearbox end (CV-Gearbox).
The bolts are still there - I watched a few YouTube vids and can't see how the cv joint would detach by itself.

What he's unscrewing at the 1min mark - that's what is now hanging below my car.

The driveshafts come out of the differential not the gearbox
